shocking after-market support and NO customer service

<p>About 4 months ago i registered with damelin correspondance collage for a diploma in architectural drafting. i was eager to start but needed some guidence once i recieved my usb with my study guides and my stationary, i tried to call them repeatedly but they either put the phone down on me or said they will email me with the relavent things i needed, which they never did. i sent countles emails to their support team whereas i got an automated answer saying someone will contact me in 48h which no one ever did. eventually i went to damelin in town which took me an hour and a half to get their and get told that the people who can help me have gone home already so a lady took down my details and my problems and said she would get back to me, she only replies to my emails at least once a week with answers which dont help, i have asked them if they stock the textbooks i need and it has taken 2 weeks to get a response that has nothing to do with my question. i feel they are helpfull and willing to sign you up and once you have paid they are no longer interested in you or anything that you say, they are only in it foir the money.i I regret registering with damelin! </p> <p>all i would like is for some one to answer some questions such as do they stock the textbooks i need or know of a place where i can get them as i have searched and cant find anything and to answer some more questions i have. </p> <p>my exams are in 2 months and i am unable to write them due to the discusting service from damelin </p>
