SHAME ON DAMELIN REFUNDS DEPARTMENT

I am utterly disgusted with the service of the refunds department of Damelin. I am at a point where I actually want to name and shame. The customer care agents have no answers!!!! How do you call that "customer service"? What a waste of time and money!
