Service is awful

Hi, this is my third time on hello peter complaining about the same thing.<br> <br> I registered with Damelin in April, only received 3 books, my enrollment pack came today with no information such as my student number etc. A manual picking slip which makes no sense to me. I have so many books outstanding. How do they expect me to start studying when I do not have everything I need. Tried calling them but they do not answer and if they do they cut the call.<br> So highly frustrated with their service.
