Service

The service is horrible. I have been trying to sort out my credits for months with no help. I requested that they assist me with using credits from a previous course that has the same subjects and my request was ignored and when requesting help with a possible refund, my studies were canceled and now that I am trying to get feedback on a refund, no one is responding to emails or calls. Truly disappointed in the lack of care from customer care.
