I would like to please withdraw from the Introduction to Project Management course and request a refund on all fees that has been paid.

The reason why, is I am not getting any joy from this institution, it seems as if this is just one of the pyramid schemes where you are just taking vulnerable students money and disappear. I’ve done some research and it seems that I am not the only student being conned. All I ever wanted to do is complete my course and get a qualification, yet you ****** and the company who paid for my bursary. You are in a rush to accept students at your institution and take their money, yet you don’t deliver on your promises.

I’ve registered with the institution in February 2020 and I was harassed to pay the fees for the course. Telesure Investment Holdings, paid the money in full including exam fees. I’ve dealt with numerous people in the support centre however every time I get a response stating that the person no longer works for the institution. Numerous emails has been sent where I’ve requested for assistance on my course. I didn’t write exams in June 2019, because I’ve not received any responses from the institution on my emails regarding my assessments and exams. I’ve only received feedback after registration for exams closed and I was unable to register and the student who assisted me after numerous phones advised me that I can register in November 2019 for the November exams. I said ok and I asked if I will be getting new study material and I was advised that I will only need the study material which they’ve provided me with when I registered and paid the fees for the course. I’ve asked about the assignments that I need to submit that are compulsory and I was provided with an assignment list of 2018 and when I question no one was able to answer me. I phoned the institution again to query my assignments that I need to submit and I was advised that I all my assignments are compulsory (which didn’t make sense to me). I registered for November 2019 exams and I have not yet received a confirmation or timetable. I’ve not even received results of my assignments, I am not even sure if my assignments has been marked, because when I queried it, I only received a response after almost a week where I was requested to provide my assignment codes after I’ve sent my assignments to the email address provided and no confirmation email was received. I’ve submitted my assignments on the 04 September 2019 and it’s been over a month and I’ve not yet received any feedback from DCC. The only communication I’ve received from DCC is, welcome a sms with my student number. Assignment due sms, June registration sms, assignment due for July, registration for November exams. The amount of emails I’ve sent through out the year are just complaints. I am unable to provide feedback to the company who funded my studies as I don’t have anything to show them in terms of my progress. This will mean that I need to pay the company R18 000 to the company because I was ****med.

I am very disappointed and angry with Damelin Correspondence College because they are not delivering on their promises, *****ing student’s money, ******** them.

I will take this further if I don’t get a response from you stating that the money will be refunded back into the company’s bank account.
