**** you out of money

I registered end july for matric course writing exam in june . I have yet to recieve all my handbooks even after phoning daily and emailing never recieve feedback and i mean never at all . I have been paying each month and even registered another friend aswel on my name in september and have recieved none where i have at least got a few study guides only got his welcoming pack which i have not recieved by the way . They said they wont do anything until they recieved our money but now that they have they are dead quite all you get is it been raised higher in management .
