****. Don't do it

I app**** to the college in June already. I received my student number and was able to access the student portal. However, there were no study materials or course materials loaded. Now this was beginning of July. I called to find out what was happening and they said that some courses materials will be delivered. So I waited a little longer and still no books delivered.

Everytime I call to get assistance from this college I get told that things are being escalated to the right department but it has been months now, I still haven't received any course materials. No one seems to know what they are doing and emails only get answered months after being sent.

I put in a cancelation request almost 2 months ago yet they are still taking money from me every month. They said the cancelation takes up to 6 weeks, which is obviously a blatant lie. It's takes however long they'd like to keep milking money out of you.

I seriously hope I will be receiving all my money back as this company is a ***** and I'm starting to think the only way to deal with them is through legal action.

They are offering a service and making people pay for that service and then holding the service back from the people paying for it. This college is absolutely disgusting and I wish I never enrolled in it.

Just been a bad experience overall with this college.
