SBA results

Good day

I'm writing this letter of complain with a heavy heart knowing that I haven't been assisted in anyway. Last year I signed up with damelin to write my matriculation exam during my period with them I faced alot of problems with them about registration finally I had to leave work to sort it out , when that was sorted out I thought everything was good until results was supposed to be out and I went to check but it showed me some error I couldn't access it . I then called them they said I need to call the school I did that to but school said I need to call Damelin,they gave me more issues about my SBAs was not submitted and that going to send it through for grading . I've been calling and emailing the Damelin for a month now and I still didn't an answer and this is frustrating!

Please assist me
