Ridiculous!

I don't normally do this but hoping that this will get me some help. Which I don't think is going to happen anyways. I have done a course with Damelin online. Completed the course and handed in assignments beginning of March 2018. They could not tell me if they received the 3rd assignment and had to wait 3 weeks for the result, I would then know if it was received or not. After 3 weeks, nothing. Eventually, I found out they have not received the 3rd one (or they have but did not load on their system or something) so I had to wait another 3 weeks to get the results. By October 2018 I only received my results for all 3 after numerous emails and begging. After another few emails I dragged out of them that they will now only send it through for processing the certificate or whatever it is they have to do where I will have to wait 10-12 weeks or something. They never sent it through and only got progress report and letter of completion in January. Do I have to wait again 10-12 weeks for my certificate? Who knows, 3 emails later, still no response as to what is happening. It's been a year. It was supposed to take 10-12 weeks or something after handing in assignments. Look where we are now 52 weeks already. This is ridiculous.
