Return my registration fees!!!!!

Recently paid for my registration fees with Damelin for a short course to date 3 weeks later I have not even received a confirmation email. I am appalled that this institute has such poor communication s****s. I do not want to join their College anymore I have app**** elsewhere I require my deposit fees back in my account before I report this institute to the ombudsman and take this story to the paper this is a ********** institute do not trust them!!!!
