Results and other delays.....

I registered to study HR this year and thus far my experience has been not the best, the agents I have dealt with have mostly been very good and they are the only reason for my 3-star review.

I started by registering and have had to call and email for any sort of information from my damelin.me email address to me now waiting for my assignment results for the two months after I was told it takes 30 days.

I got a call to use the LMS or something portal and that doesn't work, the student portal either... I have had to ask about every step of the process.

A student Advisor made contact but cannot assist me with anything she then advised I ask my tutor or lecturer which I do not have and I app**** for one over three months ago now. I honestly just want my assignment marks there are two which I am yet to receive as I literally have to bombard the lovely agents with my requests daily.

This is my first year and first Semester with Damelin and I am not having a great time thus far.

Please, can someone please assist urgently and also confirm when exam timetables will be sent and when I will get confirmation of my payment.

Also do we not get notes on our completed assignments so that we can see where we are lacking???
