I advise everyone to report this institution to the Department on Higher Education. We are delivering our end by paying a lot of money and not receiving access to the student portal or any valuable information to complete our assignments. I will be requesting a refund and involving a legal team if not refunded in full. Why is it that we have to pay for their incompetence?
