REMOVE ME FROM TRANSUNION CREDIT BUREAU!!

I registered with Damelin College During July 2010 for a paralegal course, no study material was received, have called numerous times regarding the study material, which they undertook to deliver, but still, no deliveries were made, until I gave up, During February 2016, I have been declined for credit because Damelin has debited an amount of R11 330.00, which has been sitting in my profile for 6 years with Transunion??? I am NOT LIABLE to pay this money, as I have not received even ONE SHEET of study material, and would like you to please REMOVE my name from the Transunion. Have tried calling you, but am only getting through to your switchboard and you accounts department don't pick up the phone. I am highly disappointed by you and cannot believe the level of service and treatment I have received from you!!!!!
