Registration

In all the years I have been doing distance learning I am beginning to regret the day I registered withiDamelin. I did the registration in March2015, after weeks of silence I started phoning around and was told there is nothing on the system regarding my registration and was promised a consultant will get back to me. A week later now this is mid April I went through the same problem, it took them realising that I was now angry for them to get back to me with a letter of registration on the 22 April 2015 which shows I was registered on 2015-04-08. I then took on to wait 21 days for the study material. I have been to the offices twice I have even emailed the consultant for some kind of feedback. Third time I was then told they will call me, its the 16th of May 2015 and I am still waiting for some feedback . Its my time been wasted with this unprofessionalism really if I was kept in the loop I would not mind all these delays now I must keep running after them for some form of info. If there is an option to deregister I will take it any day
