Refuses to refund me

On the 21 January 2015 I registered with Damelin for a 12 months program Digital Sound Engineering and paid a full amount of R7995 by means of EFT. And I was told I'll get my study materials in 21 days.<br> <br> On the 23 February 2015 I received study materials, but one Cubase Software disc which is core to the program was not included. I kept calling them up until 30 May 2015 and I was getting the same reply that as soon as the warehouse have the disc it will be sent to me.<br> <br> On the 02 June 2015 I went to Pretoria branch to enquire and the lady by the name of Mandisa Godi made a followup and it was still out of stock, then I decided to cancel the course finder and demanded a full refund.<br> <br> I wrote an email to Damelin Cancellation on the 02 June 2015 and they rep**** saying the matter will take 6 weeks to finalised. I wrote emails to Damelin Cancellation since the 12 July 2015 and I keep on getting the same system generated responses that a student consultant will call me within 2 to 3 days.<br> <br> Can someone please help me recover all my money from these ******.<br> <br> Student no: 422421<br> ID no: ***
