refund which is not paid

I received a bad services from Damelin to an extent that I had to cancel my course and apply for re-fund of R16640 in may 2019, since then I'm still waiting for the money to be paid and they have been giving me excuses ever since. those to still want to study should avoid damelin at all cost to save their money because Damelin is a **** college
