REFUND - STUDENT NO: 441175

I have submitted the necessary documentation for a refund last year 16 October 2019. The cancellation policy states that it takes up to 3 months for refunds to be paid back. It has been 6 months now and I am still waiting. This could have been resolved before the lockdown started so this is going to take another 6 months which is unacceptable. The only person that has ever taken the time to email me back is CLAUDIA MUNSAMY and she is the Debit Order Clerk and it is not her job to email me. She has been so helpful.

I am getting utterly frustrated with this situation and want it resolved. Just pay the monies owing to me back into my account.
