Refund still not paid back.

I cancelled my course in July this year as Damelin **** to me about Sales and Marketing course which was supposed to begin in the beginning of July. Up until now I haven't received my refund. I won't recommend anyone to do any course with this institution. Their level of incompetence is on -0.
