Refund Request

So, I've had enough of this charade with Damelin College Mowbray. I requested a refund for one of the modules that I did not commence as I was going to enroll as a correspondent student with another institution. There were numerous factors that led to my decision to not continue as a part-time student at Damelin. I don't need to go into detail but I was appalled when I set foot onto Damelin's premises. The issue I now face is that my refund request has taken 3 months of which I was told that this is the timeframe. I've been following up since June the 6th and today on June, 19th I was emailed and advised that they cannot find my documents to process the refund. I am nausiated by the fact that I have to deal with the incompetence of the individuals who is suppose to do their job and nothing more yet that get wrong too. Speaking to a manager is impossible, as they all seem to be non-existant. I will never recommend anyone I know to study at Damelin!!! They don't take pride in what they do and definitely does not have the wellbeing of their students as priority. I would give them a 'zero' rating if this was an option. At this stage I don't know if this is an attempt to get me to stop following up on my refund, but I will not quit and if I need to lodge a formal complaint with the board I will do so. DISGUSTED!
