Refund Query

Hi, My name is Siphindile Shezi I contacted Damelin to enquire about a course I was interested in two months ago. The lady named Nolwazi Molefe assisted me immediately and told me about the fees. I paid immediately to secure a space. 5 days after payment I was nominated at work to do a course similar to the one I chose. I called immediately to cancel the application with Nolwazi Molefe. I assumed the refunding process was going to be faster since I don't even have the student number. I have contacted Damelin numerous times to find out how far they are with my refund but I am not getting any straight answer. Please assist. My contact number is ***
