Refund of Exam Fees

To Whom It May Concern:<br> <br> I would like a refund of R1427.28 for the 220-802 CompTIA A+ that I had to re-write due to Damelin Correspondence College's curriculum that was not in line with that of CompTIA. There were many simulation questions in the exam, however that information was not provided with the study material and thereby causing me to fail. <br> <br> Payment for rewrite was paid to Bytes People Solutions on the 14th of March 2014 and exam was re-written on the 28th of March 2014.<br> <br> Damelin Correspondence College was only willing to refund me the fees of R17295.00, that was only refunded 10 October 2014. DCC was not willing to pay for the rewrite as this was not paid to them. This is unfair as DCC is responsible for the study material that is created for students.<br> <br>
