refund not received from november 2014

Damelin is the worse institution ever .im not sure if they have staff working at their offices !!! they dont respond they dont answer calls , they dont care !!!!!!<br> i paid my fee in November 2014 , waited and waited for study material and got nothing , then after 3 months they tell me they dont have study material for my course ....how ridiculous....i cancelled my course in febuary and requested my refund of R4000.00 , i call they cut me off i spend half the day on the phone , leave messages , send several emails and they do not respond .<br> Has anyone taken legal action as yet ...please advise <br> i am going to lawyers today , as they are gone tooo far . i would like to also contact east coast radio and take it to the media . maybe what they need is public humiliation ... and when students find out what they are all about , they will not get any more students . people need to know about damelin....<br> <br> they are ******* and i wish i had known about them sooner <br> <br> i want my refund and i will take any action to get it <br> <br> today i am going to police station to report theft, i suggest everyone does the same then maybe we will get a response
