Refund not processed since July 2014

I spoke to lindokuhle on the 25/07/2014 concerning my refund and issuing of my award. I did receive my award however I never received my refund to date. All document requested were emailed thru and she confirmed receipt, I have waited and waited but still there is nothing till now. I don't know what to do or who to speak too. please can some one give me back my money and don't ask me explain what happened as this information should be on your systems if you have any systems in place. if you want proof rather give an email address so I can forward all communication between us since that time.
