REFUND NOT PAID OUT FROM 2019

I have always trusted Damelin as the best College. This time they have let me down by not keeping up to their promise. I paid my son's tuition fees update only to find that the fees were paid over by R10000 and I have been requesting for refund from 2019 till to date, it is not paid back. I am sent from pillar to post, worse their financial department is not responding to my email. When I call their head office to speak to Cleavon Fynn, my call is ignored and my emails too. I don't know what to do any more. May someone please assist or share an advise.
