REFUND NOT PAID

My son had to wait 7 months before receiving results of 2 assignments. Only after we had to write too many letters and phone calls.

I have been approved for a refund and have proof of an email to confirm that Damelin Correspondence College have received all relevant documents from me by the 15th of November 2018. It was also confirmed that I had to wait 90 working days before receiving the refund amount. Since the 15th of November I have send several emails requesting the pay-out date and have not received an answer, although now more than 130 working days has passed. Most of my emails I have not received an answer to. Just being ignored by the Refunds Department. There is no way that one can speak to the Finance Department as one always get blocked by the consultants - that is when someone bothers to answer the phone. If I don't have the money in my account by the end of next week I will go ahead and contact Carte-blanche for an investigation as there are too many people requesting refunds and not getting answers.
