Refund never received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for more than 2 years for my refund.

I joined Damelin amd never received my books, then i requested a refund. They have sent me form to complete in order to start the refund process. After all the foems was completed and returned to them they asked a bank account where the refund can be paid back. I provided them with that. Then my refund was approved. Ever since it was approved, i have not received the money back yet. I have email them for more than 2 years, everytime i get told that they will follow up. Nobody gets back to me and nobody ever follows up. I have beem waitimg for 2 years. This is pathetic!!!!!!!!! I have also told them i am going to see my lawyer, still no response. I need this refund back ASAP.
