Refund Mess

I'm very disappointed and quite angry with the service I've been getting from damelin in terms of my refund. I app**** for a refund on the 27th of February 2015 filling in all the necessary documents, my mother called on the 19 of March to ask how far they are with it , to her surprise they tell her that the amount we asked for was incorrect, they said the refund was R51 instead of R3051 that we filled in the documents. I went to Damelin the next day with proof of payment which I a stop order that goes through on the 25th of each month, to my surprise they haven't even processed the R3000 almost a month of giving them the refund documentation which was the 20th of March 2015. From there onwards they have been delaying the process of giving me the money with excuses of blaming it on the couriers. On Monday 13th they tell my mother the money will be in sometime in May because they only got the documentation the second week of March. I would like Damelin to release the money as soon as possible before I escalate the matter. They have bad attitude and not willing to help as its their fault that they are delaying and not keeping me updated with the process if anything was wrong.
