Refund lies!

18th of May 2020, it is the date I had been a notification from Charne stating that it will take 90 days for me to be paid out my refund for the cancellation of my course. Today I am sitting on the 23rd of November and have emailed 14 times between one person to another and no one being able to assist or give me a date of my refund which is now on month 6 months since it was approved. Shakir, Craig and a whole lot of people who I have been advised can help still have done nothing! Very disappointed in the service given by Damelin and their lack of assistance and getting back to me.....

To this day, “Meena” replies to this message asking for my student number and that I will be contacted! Still nothing 2 months again later!!!!

Craig Aziz has also been involved promising to arrange payments for the end of the month and then ignores my emails and calls!

Really don’t know how a business of this caliber can hold their heads high!
