REFUND IN PROGRESS FOR NEARLy 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!??????!!!!!!!

I requested to cancel my studies with Damelin in 2017, I jumped through hoop after hoop providing the same information to a million different people, in order to confirm cancellation & request a refund. My refund was approved and I was advised that the refund payment would be made by no later than November 2017. Fast forward a year, STILL NO REFUND. I was then told after following up AGAIN, the payment would be made by LATEST end March 2019. Fast forward another 2 months, STILL NO FEEDBACK with regards to when I will actually get my money back? Every time I follow up, I get an email to say my query has been escalated - with ZERO feedback thereafter. Every date that has been set for a payment to be made, has come & GONE. The ENTIRE cancellations department is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Not one person can come back to me with a proper answer. I RECOMMEND ANYONE wanting to study, DOES NOT DO SO WITH THIS COMPANY. They take your money, and you NEVER hear back from them. SHOCKING customer service to say the least!!!!!!
