Refund from 2018 and its 2020 and still no answer

The worst place ever....I had requested for a refund as I didnt want to study there anymore called many times and they would send me back n fourth until they hang up,went to the office in braam where I had submitted all my necessary documents and till today I had done thr canceelation since November 2018 and its 2020 and no call or email from them.

Very angry and disappointed to all the matriculants that wanted to study there save your time n money and go else where there is no future there!
