Refund for student number 443010

ive been requesting for my refund before COVID-19 started from damelin, everytime when i call they said finance department is not available or they dont have a date they are still waiting for finance department on when my refund of R 1524.00 will be made , last year even confirmed my banking details again, send emails still no concrete feedback sometimes they will ignore my emails or when i call they hang up.
