Refund due not payed

Am experiencing bad service from Damelin correspondence college, I have requested Damelin to pay my exam fees with my credit balance and pay the rest of the balance to me, filled in all the required documentation sent to them that was in July 2017, To date my exam fees to ICM were not paid and my refund due also not paid . calling them every week they telling me they paying every week am sending emails to the refund administrator Kellie Klein who is not responding to my emails. she last told me the money will be paid by the 10. November.2017 still nothing. when I call Damelin they always say Managers and Senior Managers are in the meeting can someone please attend to my query student number 430720
