Refund

Student no 423833 I submitted a claim for a refund in March 2020 with all the supporting documents.I sent an email to the accounts department in June and lady by the name of Natasha responded and advised me that my claim was in process .My claim has been in process since then .Their mandate stipulates that the claim process takes up to a maximum of 90 days.

The service in this institution sucks .They make empty promises .If you want something done you have to fight .They don't act like professionals.
