Refund CAS-83669-M7R0X8

I deregistered with Damelin in 2018 because they failed to send my exam timetable which led me to not writing my june exams. I kept on sending emails to them requesting the timetable,they didnt even bother to send it. I then deregistered and they said i will get my refund within 90 days of which was supposed to be in December. I escalated the matter to the COO who kept on telling me that the matter is the finance department and they will send a communication as to when they will refund me. Even today, i am still waiting. And its a lot of money because i have paid my studies in full and they said they will give me half of the money which i was not even happy about it but because i wanted to end my relationship with them,i agreed to the amount they quoted. I want to register with another college to study, but i am unable to do so because they dont want to refund me. The COO failed to resolve the matter.
