Refund- cancellation of studies

<p>I cancelled my studies with Damelin Correspondence College on the 11 February and they confirmed that they will refund me on the 30th May. I respected their turn around time of 90 working days which ended in the beginning of October. Ever since then I have been calling the school, I laid a complaint with the complaints department and received a late response from them on the 30th Nov saying they have asked the General Manager to provide a payment date. I contacted them again, still no response I am ignored by this school.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money! I deposited it on the 29th January 2016 and it has been 11 months. Is this how the school operates by not giving back what does not belong to them and taking advantage of students?</p>
