Refund and a settlement letter

The experience I received from the Consultant when i registered was out of this world. Bongumusa gave me excellent service and made my registration pleasant and motivating. The problem started when i submitted my 1st assignment, I received feedback on what I thought was my assignment I got excited only to be disappointed that when I opened the assignment attached and realise it was not my assignment, it was for another person doing Architecture who had the same Student number as I. I sent an email on the day requesting this to be rectified. As usual no response and I phoned several times with no luck. I was eventually told the query was logged. 3 weeks later I had not receive any feedback on my assignment. then i was told to resubmit the assignment. it was the same with the Time Table that i had to wait for it till 2 weeks before my exams. i work for a company that wants the time table in time to make plans. i was very upset with the bad service i was receiving then i decided to cancel my studies. I submitted a cancellation in 2018. That also took very long to resolve until 2019 I was told I will be refunded 30% of my fees which i appealed as the Institution was the one making me cancel i felt they needed to give me 70% however i settled for 30% as i wanted to move on. Till this day i am still waiting for my refund. what makes matters worse is that i app**** for Home Loan and the bank told me they would grant me 90% as i was still owing Damelin. Someone please help
