Refund

I registered with Damelin 2017, due too sickness in Had to de-register. Filled up the refund forms and everything. My claim was approved in March in was told I would receive my money after 90 days. It passed I have been calling and emailing with no luck I've told they've send to finance and are waiting for finance to respond. I have been emailing someone called Craig, of which he's no help at all as he can't give me a straight answer. No communication or what so ever from Damelin until to date. This is so frustrating.
