Refund!!!!

In January 2020 I was going to study Travel and Tourism at Damelin Boksburg. I paid the courses full amount for the entire year just to get called a few days before I should have started the course to tell me that they dit not get exemption to take in new first years for Travel and Tourism. They wanted me to take something else but I was not interested in doing anything else as Travel and Toursim is what I wanted to do and build a career in. They said I would get a refund in maximum 3 months (April) and get the registration fee back as well as it was not my fault for cancellation. It is now 11 months (November) that I have still been waiting for my refund. At first I emailed them, but no response. I called the head office several times and no answer. I went to Mr Reddy countless of times but nothing was to be done. No confirmation about anything. I told them that I needed that money to go study something else as I really do. I need it to actually go and start my career and future. Till this date I haven’t heard anything about when my refund will be processed. We have spoken to people in the financial part of damelin regarding the refund and as always broken promises were made as I am still waiting. I am sick and tired of waiting for MY money back. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. I am really done waiting. I will be taking steps and actions as I am not the only one struggling with this excuse for a college. Do yourself a favor and please go through all of this negative comments on Hello Peter because If i knew all these things I would have never paid damelin even a sent.
