refund

I registered with damelin and they were called off on media by the department of higher education my employer had paid for the bursary i was not aware till November 2024 spoke to Balungile and a Proof of payment was requested i requested it from my employer and sent it to Balungile now she(Balungile) or Damelin they don't respond to me via email or calls my phone calls get cut off while awaiting to be assisted i need them to pay back the money as im not enrolled with them and gave them the proof of payment as they requested which now they are ignoring me .
