I was also not informed that I am the only one that registered for this course and it needs a maximum of 10 learners to start, So you do the maths how long will it take Damelin to get 9 people to start this course, if I was told that I was the only one that registered and 9more students are needed I would of canceled immediately, It is such a shame that such a well know place like Damelin can not communicate such stuff, but I have to call in every week to find out the process, This is a very important course for my career and I have no time to waste! And Damelin has wasted already 1 Month of my time waiting for a start date can you believe it! Why is this not stated online or on the website that "that no class will start if it is not full" I could of checked with a other institution! But Damelin is quick to accept the registration and deposit, So please with no questions asked or anything I want a fully refund of R3350.00 or I will get my lawyers involved in this matter as soon as possible and believe I will get this aired on the radio and every other platform!

Shane Shaw and Zinhle Ndimande, So unprofessional and not willing to help at all!! how can Damelin be so useless and you have ads that say you can about your students future and education!! But thats a total lie!!
I spoke to Shane Shaw on Monday he told me that Damelin had a system problem on Friday thats why my refund was not paid but on the 1st of July 2019 Zinhle Ndimande said that my refund will be paid on the 2nd Friday August 2019, but Damelin had a system problem,
Such a big company having a system problem and Damelin talks about having a bright future if you study with them but they cant pay out our refunds!!!
I am going to have a interview with Carte Blanche and I am going to report all of this cause I am not the only one!!!!!!
