Refund

I have a refund due to me since 01/08/2021 I've submitted all the documents required and instead I get sent from pillar to post.

I've tried all I can a lady called Clieavon does not seem to be assisting every time I call the number *** and she advise she is the supervisor and does not seem to care to even look at my emails. I expected better this is not fair. bad service and my refund is still not yet paid years later of waiting for no feedback.
