Received Bad service from Damelin correspondence

I have registered with damelin on the 19/03/2015,I have not received my books and no student number.Since then they deducted monthly payments for two months.when I call them there's no assistance.I have talked to Miss S cele from call center,she promised my name will be included on the urgent list,after three weeks,there's still no books or student number.Its been two months now and every call I make I'm always been promised lies.
