R5000 refunds enquiry since 2022

I registered for grade 12 programme with SBA mark and later notified that they no longer offer that service. I cancelled the cause and app**** for refund which I never received, instead they keep on sending emails threating to handover my case to the lawyers. I will never give up on trying till I get my money back, of which I believe I will. Such ****mers!!
