R13k for WHAT? A few PDF files and NO support? NO feedback? NOTHING???

<p>I have had it with you absolutely useless bunch of *********** people!</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the past year I have received NO support from you other than the USB flashdrive with a few outdated PDF files copied to it. You haven't answered a single phone call or responded to any of my e-mail queries, and believe me, there were many.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your study material is outdated and filled with incomplete and incorrect information. I actually found better material on a government website absolutely free of charge!! Thanks to YOUR incompetence I have wasted a year of my life. I will be seeing you in court. </p>
