R10k paid for a couple PDF files. Forget about student support - WHAT correspondence?

<p>I am probably going to fail thanks to the "amazing support" received from Damelin. <br /><br />From the get-go, things went pear-shaped and I should've cancelled my enrollment right then and there... Silly ol' me hoping for something more...</p> <p><br />I've contacted Damelin several times over the past couple months for assistance. Out of 10 requests, you will get one response (if you're lucky). And the feedback will probably be absolutely of no value at all.<br /><br />I had to wait WEEKS for a schedule, and by the time I received it, I had unknowingly missed most of my assignment deadlines, so I'll be relying on my exam results alone to pass.<br /><br />Also, need to add that the study material supp**** by Damelin has so many errors, that I resorted to only using my handbooks as the information in the study material is unreliable!!!!<br /><br />So, I basically paid you guys R10k for stress and frustration and a flashdrive. What a *******!!!!!!!<br /><br />You have to do all the admin and registrations yourself, while they sit back and suck the money out of your wallet. <br /><br />USELESS ****** *******. I absolutely HATE DAMELIN!!! UNISA isn't the best with feedback and student support, but some of the lecturers actually make an effort to do something, DAMELIN on the other hand.. once they have your signature on the dotted line, it's GAME OVER for your studies, they don't give a fark.</p> <p> </p>
