R1000 refund query

Very disappointed by Demelin Correspondence college, waiting for my R1000 refund from this institution since 2017 and now we are in 2023, unbelievable, from such a reputable institution of it's standards, I mean it's just a 1000 rand but they send me from post to pillar dealing with different staff members starting from Natasha Martin a credit controller from Cape Town, Claudine and Shane Shaw from Durban and Emilio Perumal from Durban as well, and to this say I am still waiting, they even change phone numbers: ***; *** not in service.

I cannot believe this is Damelin, the institution I had so much respect for, I rest my case!
