R1000 refund from Damelinf

Rather very disappointed at this, I paid a 1000 into Damelin's account on the 20th September 2017 since I was going to study with them and my employer was going to give us bursaries, however, that didn't happen and I had to ask Damelin for a refund since I was not a registered student and had no student number hence I used my ID number as the reference. I'm counting weeks now and every time I ask about my query, well they are still waiting for the response from their finance department and fortunately for me I have proof of this transaction reflecting money paid to A/C (FNB) *** and it was emailed to the representative in Durban that I don't want to name him yet and I have their contact number: ***. I'm just losing patience with this query but the problem is that I have so much respect for this Giant Reputable Institution, I just don't understand why are they playing hide and sick
