Progress report not received

I never received my certificate after finishing the requirements in 2017. Since then i have been sent here and there by support services. After hours on the phone and emails, we are just trying to get the progress report. The support keeps on saying they get back to us but never do. Horrible journey with Damelin correspondence, avoid if possible.
