Progress report

Good day

this was the 3rd time asking for my progress report spoke last week to damelin i would receive my report on monday i phoned yesterday and they said it would go through to the manager to see why i am not getting any response the first time was in april How many times must i phone to get my report

ans still no progress report was sent to me i dont know what to do anymore i feel its bad service
