poor unprofessional service

I enrolled to study at Damelin Correspondence and was told wonderful professional ways that I could study. I had to call them three times and drive to jhb before my study material came which was 4 weeks late with no apology or reason to that. I was told about a student portal which to date I cannot access as no one seems to be able to assist or refer me to someone who can. I have been told about exams when I ask about my modules and what subjects I'm doing no one can answer and 3 out of 5 times when I call I'm being told that they are offline. But the debt order goes off my account without being offline without fail.
